PRIVACY POLICY - ENGLISH
1. INTRODUCTION
In connection with your participation in the event “SHL Challenge” on “Pocket Hockey”, your personal data will be collected and processed by Gold Town Games ("GTG"). After the event has ended, GTG will share your personal data with Svenska Hockeyligan AB ("SHL", "we" or “us”). It is important to us that you feel comfortable with how we handle your personal data. In this privacy policy ("Policy"), we therefore describe how we process your personal data after we have received it from GTG.
2. DATA CONTROLLER
SHL is the data controller for the processing of your personal data under this Policy. If you have any questions about our processing of your personal data, please contact us at personuppgift@shl.se .
3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU AFTER THE EVENT HAS ENDED AND WHY?
a) For the purpose of administering and conducting physical prize awarding after the event has ended, we process personal data such as name, e-mail address and other user data necessary for this purpose (e.g. username and information about your game result)
b) For the purpose of sending you relevant information and offers by e-mail, we process personal data such as name and e-mail address.
c) For the purpose of evaluating the event, we process personal data such as name, e-mail address and other user data necessary for this purpose (e.g. username).
4. WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE RELY ON WHEN PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
a) The processing that is carried out for the purpose of administering and conducting physical prize awarding is based on the legal basis “legitimate interest”. This is because we and GTG have a legitimate interest in conducting the physical prize awarding and ensuring that the winners receive their prizes.
b) The processing carried out for the purpose of sending you relevant information and offers by email is based on the legal basis “legitimate interest”. This is because we have a legitimate interest in keeping you informed about our services and offers that may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by sending an email to personuppgift@shl.se.
c) The processing carried out for the purpose of evaluating the event is based on the legal basis “legitimate interest”. This is because we and GTG have a legitimate interest in evaluating the event and the possibilities for continued cooperation.
5. FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
a) For the purpose of administering and conducting the physical prize awarding, we process your personal data for up to 30 days after such prize awarding has been completed.
b) For the purpose of sending you relevant information and offers, we process your personal data for up to one year after your participation in the event, or until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such communications.
c) For the purpose of evaluating the event, we process your personal data for up to 30 days after the event has ended.
6. RECIPIENTS
We may share your personal data with our data processors, such as IT- and cloud service providers. We may also share your personal data with authorities when we are legally obligated to do so.
7. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU/EES
Some of our service providers may have all or part of their operations located in countries outside the EU/EES. We will only transfer personal data to countries that the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Article 49 of the GDPR. A list of such countries is available on the European Commission's website: www. commission.europa.eu.
In some cases, we may be required to use service providers that transfer personal data to countries that are not covered by an adequacy decision. In these situations, we ensure that the transfer is covered by an appropriate transfer tool, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to third countries (2021). 8. YOUR RIGHTS
Listed below are the rights that you may exercise in relation to your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us at personuppgift@shl.se.
Right to access
You have the right to request information about whether we process your personal data, what personal data we are processing and how the personal data is processed. You also have the right to request to receive a copy of the personal data that we process about you (a register extract).
Right to rectification
You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data, for example if you have changed your personal data or if your personal data is incomplete.
Right to object
You have the right to object to personal data processing that is based on the legal basis “legitimate interest”. Please note that if we can demonstrate that our legitimate interest of processing the personal data outweighs your rights and freedoms, we may continue the processing despite your objection.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in the event that:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it is processed,
- You object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds for us to continue the processing,
- The processing is unlawful, or
- The personal data must be erased in order for us to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
Right to restriction
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data (meaning that we cease to carry out parts of the processing) in the event that:
- You contest the accuracy of the personal data (however, the restriction applies only during the period we are verifying the accuracy of the data),
- The processing is unlawful and you request that the processing is restricted instead of the personal data being erased,
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it is processed but you need it to pursue a legal claim,
- You have objected to the processing but we have not had time to assess whether our legitimate grounds outweigh your rights and freedoms.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have your personal data transferred to another controller and to receive the personal data in a structured and machine-readable format.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you wish to lodge a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you may contact the Swedish Data Protection Authority ("IMY"). You can read more about your rights and how to lodge a complaint on IMY’s website: www.imy.se.

I samband med att du deltar i eventet ”SHL Challenge” på ”Pocket Hockey” kommer dina personuppgifter att samlas in och behandlas av Gold Town Games (”GTG”). Efter att eventet har avslutats kommer GTG att dela dina personuppgifter med Svenska Hockeyligan AB (”SHL”, ”vi” eller ”oss”). Det är viktigt för oss att du känner dig trygg med hur vi hanterar dina personuppgifter. I denna integritetspolicy (”Policy”) beskriver vi därför hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter efter att vi har mottagit dessa från GTG.

3. VILKA PERSONUPPGIFTER BEHANDLAR VI OM DIG EFTER ATT EVENTET HAR AVSLUTATS OCH VARFÖR?
a) För ändamålet att administrera och genomföra fysisk prisutdelning efter att eventet har avslutats behandlar vi personuppgifter så som namn, e-postadress samt annan användardata som är nödvändig för ändamålet (t.ex. användarnamn och information om ditt spelresultat.).
b) För ändamålet att skicka relevant information och erbjudanden till dig via e-post behandlar vi personuppgifter så som namn och e-postadress.
c) För ändamålet att utvärdera eventet behandlar vi personuppgifter så som namn, e-postadress samt annan användardata som är nödvändig för ändamålet (t.ex. användarnamn).
4. MED VILKEN RÄTTSLIG GRUND BEHANDLAR VI DINA PERSONUPPGIFTER?
a) Behandlingen som genomförs för ändamålet att administrera och genomföra fysisk prisutdelning stödjer sig på den rättsliga grunden ”berättigat intresse”. Detta då vi och GTG har ett berättigat intresse av att möjliggöra prisutdelningen och säkerställa att vinnarna får sina priser.
b) Behandlingen som genomförs för ändamålet att skicka relevant information och erbjudanden till dig via e-post stödjer sig på den rättsliga grunden ”berättigat intresse”. Detta då vi har ett berättigat intresse av att hålla dig informerad om våra tjänster och erbjudanden som kan vara av intresse för dig. Du kan när som helst meddela oss att du inte längre önskar motta sådana utskick genom att maila oss på personuppgift@shl.se.
c) Behandlingen som genomförs för ändamålet att utvärdera eventet stödjer sig på den rättsliga grunden ”berättigat intresse”. Detta då vi och GTG har ett berättigat intresse av att utvärdera eventet och möjligheterna till fortsatt samarbete.
5. HUR LÄNGE BEHANDLAR VI DINA PERSONUPPGIFTER?
a) För ändamålet att administrera och genomföra fysisk prisutdelning behandlar vi dina personuppgifter i upp till 30 dagar efter att prisutdelningen slutförts.
b) För ändamålet att skicka relevant information och erbjudanden till dig behandlar vi dina personuppgifter i upp till ett år efter att du deltagit i eventet, eller fram till dess att du meddelar oss att du inte längre önskar motta sådana utskick.
c) För ändamålet att utvärdera eventet behandlar vi dina personuppgifter i upp till 30 dagar efter att eventet har avslutats.
6. MOTTAGARE
Vi kan komma att dela dina personuppgifter med våra personuppgiftsbiträden, såsom tjänsteleverantörer inom IT- och molntjänster. Vi kommer även att lämna ut personuppgifter till myndigheter när vi har en rättslig skyldighet att göra så.
7. ÖVERFÖRINGAR UTANFÖR EU/EES
Vissa av våra tjänsteleverantörer kan ha hela eller del av sin verksamhet förlagd i länder utanför EU/EES. Överföring av personuppgifter sker endast till sådana länder som EU-kommissionen bedömer har en adekvat skyddsnivå, i enlighet med GDPR artikel 49. Du kan se en lista över sådana länder på EU-kommissionens hemsida: www.commission.europa.eu.
I vissa fall kan vi bli tvungna att använda leverantörer som överför personuppgifter till länder som inte omfattas av ett s.k. adekvansbeslut. I dessa situationer tillser vi att överföring omfattas av ett lämpligt överföringsverktyg, såsom EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler för överföring till tredje land (2021). 8. DINA RÄTTIGHETER
Nedan listas de rättigheter som du har i förhållande till dina personuppgifter. Om du önskar utöva någon av dina rättigheter är du välkommen att kontakta oss på personuppgift@shl.se.
Rätt till tillgång
Du har rätt att begära information om huruvida vi behandlar dina personuppgifter, om vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar och hur personuppgifterna behandlas. Du har även rätt att begära ut en kopia av de personuppgifter vi behandlar om dig (s.k. registerutdrag).
Rätt till rättelse
Du har rätt att begära att få felaktiga personuppgifter korrigerade, t.ex. om du har bytt personuppgifter eller om dina personuppgifter är ofullständiga.
Rätt till invändning
Du har rätt att invända mot personuppgiftsbehandling som bygger på den lagliga grunden ”berättigat intresse”. Observera att om vi kan visa att vårt berättigade intresse att genomföra behandlingen väger tyngre än dina fri- och rättigheter kan vi, trots din invändning, fortsätta behandlingen.
Rätt till radering
Du har rätt att begära att vi raderar dina personuppgifter för det fall att:
- Personuppgifterna inte längre är nödvändiga för det ändamål för vilka de behandlas,
- Du invänder mot behandlingen och det saknas berättigade skäl för oss att fortsätta behandlingen,
- Behandlingen är olaglig, eller
- Personuppgifterna måste raderas för att uppfylla en rättslig förpliktelse som åvilar oss.
Rätt till begränsning
Du har rätt att begära att vi begränsar behandlingen av dina personuppgifter (vilket innebär att vi upphör med delar av personuppgiftsbehandlingen) för det fall att:
- Du bestrider personuppgifternas korrekthet (begränsningen gäller dock enbart under den tid vi kontrollerar uppgifternas korrekthet),
- Behandlingen är olaglig och du begär att behandlingen begränsas istället för att uppgifterna raderas,
- Personuppgifterna inte längre är nödvändiga för det ändamål för vilka de behandlas men du behöver dem för att kunna göra gällande ett rättsligt anspråk,
- Du har invänt mot behandlingen men vi har inte hunnit pröva huruvida våra berättigade skäl väger tyngre än dina fri- och rättigheter.
Rätt till dataportabilitet
Du har rätt att få dina personuppgifter överförda till en annan personuppgiftsansvarig och till att få uppgifterna utlämnade i ett strukturerat och maskinläsbart format.
Rätt att framföra ett klagomål
Om du önskar framföra ett klagomål på vår behandling av dina personuppgifter kan du vända dig till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (”IMY”). Du kan läsa mer om dina rättigheter och om hur du lämnar ett klagomål på IMY:s hemsida: www.imy.se.
